They won’t always see your light. That’s not the point.

Sometimes they won’t see it.
Your light. Your truth. Your tenderness.
They’ll be too busy. Too bitter.
Too caught up in their own storm
to notice your glow.
And you’ll wonder:
“Am I not bright enough?
Should I shine louder?
Should I shrink less?
”Or maybe: “Should I just go dark?”
But here’s the thing:
Your light was never meant to convince them.
It was meant to guide you.
You don’t shine so others applaud.
You shine so you don’t get lost.
So you can walk your path — even alone.
Even if misunderstood.
Even if labeled.
Even if left behind.
Your light is not a performance.
It’s your presence.
So if they don’t see it —
that’s okay.
You’re not here to be visible to everyone.
Just visible to yourself.
Because when you see your own light,
you stop chasing reflections.
You become
your own
North Star.
