This is for someone very dear to me. She might recognize herself. Or maybe we all have someone like her.

You weren’t just there.

You were above the storm in my sky.

When I doubted myself, you asked questions that brought me back to my center. You mentored without asking for a title. You showed up as a friend, without needing a reason.

Yes— the money ran out. The project shook and cracked.

But when I talk to you, my thoughts soften. My ideas stretch. I become more alive.

You challenge me in the best way. You ground me when I drift. You remind me that I’m still light, even when I feel like ash.

So yes— stay.

Not always close. Not always in sync. But always in that sacred circle: the people who matter.

Because you came with the sun. And maybe you don’t even know how much light you’ve brought.
